Sarah Zeilsta doesn't like teaching without doing. The Professor in the Technical Production for Theatre and Live Events program keeps one foot in the industry door through freelance work. Her latest endeavour involves constructing the rink upon which the Toronto Maple Leafs and Detroit Red Wings will face off on New Year's Day.
